FABP7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FABP7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,838 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FABP7-associated genes across cancer lineages are TLR5, VAV3-AS1, and LINC02755. Each is linked with FABP7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FABP7-to-partner and partner-to-FABP7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FABP7 versus TLR5 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FABP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→FABP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
