FABP4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FABP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,048 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FABP4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MRPS34, CD36, and TMOD2. Each is linked with FABP4 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FABP4-to-partner and partner-to-FABP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FABP4 versus MRPS34 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FABP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→FABP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
