Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FABP4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,635 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FABP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD36, TLL1, and JAM2. Each is linked with FABP4 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FABP4-to-partner and partner-to-FABP4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FABP4 versus CD36 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FABP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→FABP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
