FABP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FABP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,549 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FABP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RASL10B, AS3MT, and FLNC. Each is linked with FABP3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FABP3-to-partner and partner-to-FABP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FABP3 versus RASL10B in LUNG_SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FABP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→FABP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
