FABP3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FABP3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 560 significant associations in total. OESOPHAGUS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FABP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRDM1, HAPLN3, and RNF7. Each is linked with FABP3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FABP3-to-partner and partner-to-FABP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FABP3 versus PRDM1 in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FABP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→FABP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
