FA2H

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FA2H mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FA2H-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, INPP4B, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with FA2H in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FA2H-to-partner and partner-to-FA2H results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR_pY1068 grouped by FA2H-low versus FA2H-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FA2H→partner) and Y-score (partner→FA2H) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
