FA2H

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FA2H RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,999 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FA2H-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cellular response to molecule of fungal origin, Response to molecule of fungal origin, and Galactolipid biosynthetic process. Each is linked with FA2H in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FA2H-to-partner and partner-to-FA2H results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cellular response to molecule of fungal origin grouped by FA2H-low versus FA2H-high in STOMACH.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FA2H→partner) and Y-score (partner→FA2H) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
