FA2H

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FA2H mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FA2H-associated genes across cancer lineages are TTLL8, ECE2, and ELOA3DP. Each is linked with FA2H in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FA2H-to-partner and partner-to-FA2H results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TTLL8 grouped by FA2H-low versus FA2H-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FA2H→partner) and Y-score (partner→FA2H) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
