Across TCGA patient cohorts, F9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,453 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible F9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of very-low-density lipoprotein particle remodeling, Steroid biosynthetic process, and Pyrimidine nucleoside monophosphate metabolic process. Each is linked with F9 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both F9-to-partner and partner-to-F9 results are reported.
