Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, F9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,987 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible F9-associated genes across cancer lineages are C7, RHOJ, and MYOCD. Each is linked with F9 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both F9-to-partner and partner-to-F9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, F9 versus C7 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (F9→partner) and Y-score (partner→F9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
