F9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, F9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,830 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible F9-associated genes across cancer lineages are PITPNB, BRI3BP, and CASTOR2. Each is linked with F9 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both F9-to-partner and partner-to-F9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PITPNB grouped by F9-low versus F9-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (F9→partner) and Y-score (partner→F9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
