F9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, F9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 174 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible F9-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRPM7, SETBP1, and FAM47A. Each is linked with F9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both F9-to-partner and partner-to-F9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRPM7 grouped by F9-low versus F9-high in CNS.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (F9→partner) and Y-score (partner→F9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
