Across TCGA cell cohorts, F9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible F9-associated genes across cancer lineages are INSL5, C5orf52, and CASP12. Each is linked with F9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both F9-to-partner and partner-to-F9 results are reported.
