Across TCGA patient cohorts, F13B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,111 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible F13B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA replication, Mitotic nuclear division, and Sister chromatid segregation. Each is linked with F13B in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both F13B-to-partner and partner-to-F13B results are reported.
