Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, F13B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,322 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible F13B-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL6, SERPINE1, and GFPT2. Each is linked with F13B in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both F13B-to-partner and partner-to-F13B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, F13B versus IL6 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (F13B→partner) and Y-score (partner→F13B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
