F12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, F12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 214 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible F12-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-451P, MIR6893, and RNU6-822P. Each is linked with F12 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both F12-to-partner and partner-to-F12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-451P grouped by F12-low versus F12-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (F12→partner) and Y-score (partner→F12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
