F11R

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, F11R mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 223 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible F11R-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP83, MIR6795, and MIR6894. Each is linked with F11R in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both F11R-to-partner and partner-to-F11R results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP83 grouped by F11R-low versus F11R-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (F11R→partner) and Y-score (partner→F11R) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
