Across TCGA patient cohorts, F10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,035 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible F10-associated genes across cancer lineages are LYVE1, IL6, and RHOJ. Each is linked with F10 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both F10-to-partner and partner-to-F10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, F10 versus LYVE1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
