Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, F10 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated F10 data layer compared with 4 for mutation status and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher F10 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated F10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PAAD and HNSC show a favorable association.
BLCA, LUSC, and PAAD are the cancer types where F10 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
