Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, F10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,745 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible F10-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRC1, MDH1, and TIMM44. Each is linked with F10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both F10-to-partner and partner-to-F10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRC1 grouped by F10-low versus F10-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (F10→partner) and Y-score (partner→F10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
