Across TCGA patient cohorts, F10 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible F10-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, 4E-BP1, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with F10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both F10-to-partner and partner-to-F10 results are reported.
