F10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, F10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible F10-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBMY1J, EDDM3A, and TBC1D21. Each is linked with F10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both F10-to-partner and partner-to-F10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RBMY1J grouped by F10-low versus F10-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (F10→partner) and Y-score (partner→F10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
