Across TCGA patient cohorts, F10-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,972 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible F10-AS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Proton motive force-driven ATP synthesis, Acetyl-CoA metabolic process, and Aerobic respiration. Each is linked with F10-AS1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both F10-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-F10-AS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Proton motive force-driven ATP synthesis grouped by F10-AS1-low versus F10-AS1-high in ESCA.
