Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, F10-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated F10-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher F10-AS1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated F10-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRP and BLCA show a favorable association.

KIRC, COAD, and LUAD are the cancer types where F10-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
