EZR-AS1

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EZR-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,994 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EZR-AS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosome disassembly, Intracellular protein transmembrane transport, and Multivesicular body sorting pathway. Each is linked with EZR-AS1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EZR-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-EZR-AS1 results are reported.
