Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, EZR-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated EZR-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher EZR-AS1 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated EZR-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as READ and CHOL show a favorable association.

READ, DLBC, and ESCA are the cancer types where EZR-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
