Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, EYA3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,776 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EYA3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CELF1, PPP1R8, and MORF4L1. Each is linked with EYA3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EYA3-to-partner and partner-to-EYA3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EYA3 versus CELF1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EYA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→EYA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
