EXOSC7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EXOSC7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,662 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXOSC7-associated genes across cancer lineages are POC1A, MCM7, and CDT1. Each is linked with EXOSC7 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXOSC7-to-partner and partner-to-EXOSC7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EXOSC7 versus POC1A in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXOSC7→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXOSC7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
