EXOSC5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EXOSC5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,802 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXOSC5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NOP58, HNRNPUL1, and LIG1. Each is linked with EXOSC5 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXOSC5-to-partner and partner-to-EXOSC5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EXOSC5 versus NOP58 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXOSC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXOSC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
