EXOC7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EXOC7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,101 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXOC7-associated genes across cancer lineages are CGRRF1, ATP6V1D, and EXOC6B. Each is linked with EXOC7 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXOC7-to-partner and partner-to-EXOC7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EXOC7 versus CGRRF1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXOC7→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXOC7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
