Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, EXOC6B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,795 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EXOC6B-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC00702, PTPN21, and TIMP3. Each is linked with EXOC6B in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXOC6B-to-partner and partner-to-EXOC6B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EXOC6B versus LINC00702 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXOC6B→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXOC6B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
