Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, EXOC6B RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated EXOC6B data layer compared with 6 for mutation status and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher EXOC6B RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated EXOC6B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and SCLC show a favorable association.
KIRC, SCLC, and OV are the cancer types where EXOC6B RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
