EXOC5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EXOC5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,178 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EXOC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL658P, MIR98, and RNU6-42P. Each is linked with EXOC5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EXOC5-to-partner and partner-to-EXOC5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL658P grouped by EXOC5-low versus EXOC5-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EXOC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→EXOC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
