EVI5L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EVI5L RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,124 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EVI5L-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAB11B, KDM4B, and FZR1. Each is linked with EVI5L in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EVI5L-to-partner and partner-to-EVI5L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EVI5L versus RAB11B in SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EVI5L→partner) and Y-score (partner→EVI5L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
