EVI5L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EVI5L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,344 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EVI5L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PDIA4, CLPTM1L, and HSP90B1. Each is linked with EVI5L in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EVI5L-to-partner and partner-to-EVI5L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EVI5L versus PDIA4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.60.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EVI5L→partner) and Y-score (partner→EVI5L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
