ETV4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ETV4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 689 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ETV4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP405, NDUFA6, and C15orf61. Each is linked with ETV4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ETV4-to-partner and partner-to-ETV4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP405 grouped by ETV4-low versus ETV4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ETV4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ETV4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
