ETV3L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ETV3L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,119 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ETV3L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of hemopoiesis, Neutrophil migration, and Regulation of response to cytokine stimulus. Each is linked with ETV3L in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ETV3L-to-partner and partner-to-ETV3L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of hemopoiesis grouped by ETV3L-low versus ETV3L-high in STAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ETV3L→partner) and Y-score (partner→ETV3L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
