ETV3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ETV3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,086 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ETV3-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMGB3P19, RNU2-61P, and RN7SL429P. Each is linked with ETV3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ETV3-to-partner and partner-to-ETV3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HMGB3P19 grouped by ETV3-low versus ETV3-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ETV3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ETV3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
