ETV2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ETV2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 60 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ETV2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SUMO2P14, MIR3666, and RNU1-15P. Each is linked with ETV2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ETV2-to-partner and partner-to-ETV2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SUMO2P14 grouped by ETV2-low versus ETV2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ETV2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ETV2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
