ETS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ETS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,810 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ETS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR8064, ZFP91-CNTF, and RNU6-162P. Each is linked with ETS1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ETS1-to-partner and partner-to-ETS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR8064 grouped by ETS1-low versus ETS1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ETS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ETS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
