ETNK1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ETNK1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,306 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ETNK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PYROXD1, CDC25A, and NCAPH. Each is linked with ETNK1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ETNK1-to-partner and partner-to-ETNK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ETNK1 versus PYROXD1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ETNK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ETNK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
