ETF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ETF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,199 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ETF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are YTHDC2, G3BP1, and HSPA4. Each is linked with ETF1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ETF1-to-partner and partner-to-ETF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ETF1 versus YTHDC2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ETF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ETF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
