Across TCGA patient cohorts, ETF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,392 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ETF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSPT1, RBMS1P1, and LINC01506. Each is linked with ETF1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ETF1-to-partner and partner-to-ETF1 results are reported.
