ETDA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ETDA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ETDA-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1155P, CCL27, and LINC02337. Each is linked with ETDA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ETDA-to-partner and partner-to-ETDA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1155P grouped by ETDA-low versus ETDA-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ETDA→partner) and Y-score (partner→ETDA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
