Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RN7SKP172 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RN7SKP172 expression is associated with patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RN7SKP172 is differentially expressed in 2, with the highest sampling consensus in LUAD. Additionally, RN7SKP172 RNA expression shows 5,254 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in BRCA. Together, these results highlight KIRC, LUAD, and BRCA as cancer lineages where RN7SKP172 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
