Across TCGA patient cohorts, ESPL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,597 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ESPL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NUP107, CENPA, and CDC20. Each is linked with ESPL1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ESPL1-to-partner and partner-to-ESPL1 results are reported.
