Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ESPL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,712 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ESPL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCNN1B, TSR1, and NOA1. Each is linked with ESPL1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ESPL1-to-partner and partner-to-ESPL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SCNN1B grouped by ESPL1-low versus ESPL1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ESPL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ESPL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
