Across TCGA patient cohorts, ESPL1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 64 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ESPL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, Rab25, and Rad50. Each is linked with ESPL1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ESPL1-to-partner and partner-to-ESPL1 results are reported.
