Across TCGA cell cohorts, ESPL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,887 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ESPL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC138, GRK3, and CBY1. Each is linked with ESPL1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ESPL1-to-partner and partner-to-ESPL1 results are reported.
