ESD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ESD RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,059 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ESD-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SUGT1, WBP4, and GPALPP1. Each is linked with ESD in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ESD-to-partner and partner-to-ESD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ESD versus SUGT1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ESD→partner) and Y-score (partner→ESD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
